Haizzz finally updating my blog LOL
Life goes on normally with the stress that is always following. will never ever lose sight of stress its all around u HAIZZZ , stress from teachers , friends , cca , school , exams , parents nvr ending. NOW my life is full of stress which i find it FCUKING hard to shake it off. nobody is helping me this is like i am a very strong and wealthy company and during this time which 'i' do not a lot of help from people , they start helping u , pump in money , investments . then one fine day u just got a problem , everyone start to back out pulling out their investments and stuff and that is exactly what i am facing now people backing out on me , then i start to do everything myself they got pissed , WHY THE FUCK ARE U DOING ALL BY URSELF , what do u expect i can onli rely on myself when i can typically see everyone busy around me busy with school , teachers , friends so what the fuck can i do stand there and wait for something to happen? so i will sure do everything myself! DAMN hate my life one thing is solved another get thrown right in my face never ever got a chance to relax everyday just think of what i am supposed to do , in scouts , in school , for my exams , for almost everything in my life. DAMN shouldn't have tried to take charge over my life getting too independent...

Yesterday was playing techno party beat up and surprisingly i managed to do the wave without even training i was amazed XD haha then i tot about this since beat up beats nvr change we can memorise rite then i thought of this term ' muscle memory ' then i think maybe we can play beat up when we are closing our eyes and actually we CAN look below
Muscle memory is a common term for neuromuscular facilitation, which is the process of the neuromuscular system memorizing motor skills.
When an active person repeatedly trains movement, often of the same activity, in an effort to stimulate the mind’s adaptation process, the outcome is to induce physiological changes which attain increased levels of accuracy through repetition. Even though the process is really brain-muscle memory or motor memory, the colloquial expression "muscle memory" is commonly used.
Individuals rely upon the mind’s ability to assimilate a given activity and adapt to the training. As the brain and muscle adapts to training, the subsequent changes are a form or representation of its muscle memory.
There are two types of motor skills involved in muscle memory: fine and gross. Fine motor skills are very minute and small skills we perform with our hands such as brushing teeth, combing hair, using a pencil or pen to write, touch typing, playing some musical instruments, or even playing video games. Gross motor skills are those actions that require large body parts and large body movements as in the throwing sports such as bowling, American football, and baseball, sports such as rowing, basketball, golf, martial arts, and tennis, and activities such as driving a car (especially one with a manual transmission), piloting aircraft, playing some musical instruments, and marksmanship.
Muscle memory is fashioned over time through repetition of a given suite of motor skills and the ability through brain activity to inculcate and instill it such that they become automatic. To the beginner, activities such as brushing the teeth, combing the hair, or even driving a vehicle are not as easy as they look. As one reinforces those movements through repetition, the neural system learns those fine and gross motor skills to the degree that one no longer needs to think about them, but merely to react and perform appropriately. In this sense the muscle memory process is an example of automating an OODA Loop insofar as one learns to Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act.
When one picks up a hair brush, one automatically has a certain motion, style, number of strokes, and amount of pressure as the hair is brushed without requiring conscious thought about each movement. Other forms of rather elaborate motions that have become automatic include speech. As one speaks, one usually does not consciously think about the complex tongue movements, synchronisation with vocal cords and various lip movements that are required to produce phonemes, because of muscle memory. In speaking a language that is not one's native language, one typically speaks with an accent, because one's muscle memory is tuned to forming the phonemes of one's native language, rather than those of the language one is speaking. An accent can be eliminated only by carefully retraining the muscle memory.

Like What i said yesterday camp thing la
Day 1
First Half Of the day i was'nt here but i know that its bullshit already took 5 hours to up 3 shelter cannot believe it haizzz reached the camp at bout 1.30.... then lunch , station games then later fall in and flag break plus POP for seniors AND THANK YOU FOR THE BUFFET HAHAHA so song 1st time camp no need to cook for 1 meal... hahaha and we had blindman's walk walk walk walk spray spray spray still throw flour KAO then later lights out at 12.30 i think
Day 2
Woke up at 5 cause of some assholes then keep throwing rocks at our tent KNN then i sit in the tent emo until 6 KAO then wake every1 up prepare for PT after pt BREAKFAST + Inspection + Flagbreak Inspection is total disaster pushed myself to the limit got my whole head numb haizzz then after that we had games i think we had kim's game the five senses game use ur eyes touch smell taste hear haha then the hear part damn funny cause huiting go up and say hello already know is huiting hahah XD then after that we had dragon boat FKING FUN hahahahaha spray spray also this time use paddle and spray so fun hahaha but kanna injury la sia the wood chip chipped my nail .... played like for 3 to 4 hrs then when in the bus cannot sit =.= then went back already MORE DISASTROUS!!! two shelter went down 3-2-1 flag staff also CMI haizz make the shelter already then they say nake the 3-2-1 tower FK the thing actually slide down and scared the shyt out of us too loose already kao then 1 which is at the most top actually slided DOWN!!! then no choice lo take down and build 1 5m flag staff then i and cassandra be SPL chiong and chiong in the end onli got 1 shelter and chairs make until like wedding dinner like that haha then after that we had brainstorm time for campfire skit my patrol 1 FKING funny ahahah the name of the skit is fortune teller hahaha then cassandra is my assistant hahaha 1st audience kanna 1 is Yikang hahaha yikang come out then i say pass me ur shoe then i say by looking at ur shoe i predict that u would go for a walk then i throw the shoe hahaha then later 2nd person kanna 1 is jeremy tong i take waterbottle then i say jeremy by looking at the hole of the water bottle i predict that u will get WET then i spray water at him HAHAHA then later 3rd 1 is the same as the first 1 except use bag onli and the person kanna is the wei xin (dunno spell correct anot) then campfire got the graduating videos for the seniors lo and celestine cried... then after that PIC PLC then lucky i nvr go slp we make night walk for sec 1 hahaha 1st group not scared cause got 8 people haizz then after that all scared dao cause 3 person onli hahah and we slp at the second floor
Day 3
Slept for like 1 and a half hrs then i think i slp walk down to my campside becuz i dun remember walking down then stairs and i woke up tohwee was infront of me... then i ran to get my shoes... haha then later pt then the same thing lo inspection all those thing still very DISASTROUS haha then later break camp GO HOME WOOTS
NOW all those shity things i wanna say WTF IS WRONG WITH THE SEC 1s HUH?!? KNN I FIRST TIME BROKE MY LIMIT SIA KNN WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THEM ALL THEY CAN DO IS EAT SLP TALK DUN HAVE HELP WE SENIORS COOK BUILD DO SHIT FOR THEM AND WHAT WE GET IN RETURN ..... SHIT!!!! I GOT PISSED OFF AT THE SECOND DAY EVENING WHICH IS WTF K THE FKING CANVAS WAS THERE LIKE BOUT HALF AND HOUR WE SENIORS SEE ALREADY BUT WE CANNOT KEEP FOR THEM THE SEC 1s KNOW BUT THEY WAITING FOR MIRACLE TO HAPPEN HOPE THAT THE FKING CANVAS WILL FOLD BY ITSELF AND FLY BACK TO THE LOGISTIC IZZIT?!? KNN THE COMBINED GUAILANESS OF THE SCOUT AND GUIDES TOTALLY BROKE MY RECORD I AM GONNA WRITE PISSED OFF LIMIT BROKE ON 7 JUNE 09 6.30PM+++ HAIZZZ NTH TO say le too pissed no sense of urgency selfish THIS IS SHIT man
