Wowww it been 2 years since i updated my blog. LOL. 2 years.. So many things changed. I moved on from secondary education to tertiary education. Currently studying at temasek polytechnic. Oh well i always said that i want to update the blog, but i never did. i have so much things to rant about. But i never did try to rant it here, somehow i procrastination is getting worst when i am in poly. I have so much homework due and yet i am still taking my own sweet time. Sighhh, time really does flies. My sec 1 orientation was like yesterday, things happen too fast that i cant really accept what is happening. Oh well, this is life. No one said life was easy, people always said that keeping life simple, you will have a easy life. But well not everyone have the same mindset, everyone have different thinking. Some people may have financial problems while some may have family problems. While i am typing this i am thinking some of you maybe saying that i am dumb or stupid typing this stuff. Oh well, this is my blog and somethings i wan to rant about i just do it here. Theres actually too much for me to rant about. I cant even finish it in one day, everyday walking home, taking bus, time alone, is time for me to think and reflect. But the next moment i will forget what i have reflected. Well i wasnt really that serious about changing my life. Even if i was, it will not last long. Like homework, first few weeks of poly i will definitely finish it for the next lesson. But now? I am procrastinating, doing last minute work. Or now i keep telling myself to study but when i reach home the first thing i do is switch on the laptop. Studying is such a bore, but no choice. In singapore, studying is everything. With a degree u can find jobs, earn big bucks. WIthout degree and diplomas, yes u can earn big bucks but there will be a certain level of difficulty... LOL i dont even know what am i writing. Looking back at my blog posts, i cant believe that it was me that was writing those posts. oh well i dont know what to write already and i always have so much to rant about when i am not writing the blog post. when i start writing everything just goes blank. LOL i dont know if i will post again. Till then byeee~

Haizzz finally updating my blog LOL

Life goes on normally with the stress that is always following. will never ever lose sight of stress its all around u HAIZZZ , stress from teachers , friends , cca , school , exams , parents nvr ending. NOW my life is full of stress which i find it FCUKING hard to shake it off. nobody is helping me this is like i am a very strong and wealthy company and during this time which 'i' do not a lot of help from people , they start helping u , pump in money , investments . then one fine day u just got a problem , everyone start to back out pulling out their investments and stuff and that is exactly what i am facing now people backing out on me , then i start to do everything myself they got pissed , WHY THE FUCK ARE U DOING ALL BY URSELF , what do u expect i can onli rely on myself when i can typically see everyone busy around me busy with school , teachers , friends so what the fuck can i do stand there and wait for something to happen? so i will sure do everything myself! DAMN hate my life one thing is solved another get thrown right in my face never ever got a chance to relax everyday just think of what i am supposed to do , in scouts , in school , for my exams , for almost everything in my life. DAMN shouldn't have tried to take charge over my life getting too independent...

Yesterday was playing techno party beat up and surprisingly i managed to do the wave without even training i was amazed XD haha then i tot about this since beat up beats nvr change we can memorise rite then i thought of this term ' muscle memory ' then i think maybe we can play beat up when we are closing our eyes and actually we CAN look below

Muscle memory is a common term for neuromuscular facilitation, which is the process of the neuromuscular system memorizing motor skills.

When an active person repeatedly trains movement, often of the same activity, in an effort to stimulate the mind’s adaptation process, the outcome is to induce physiological changes which attain increased levels of accuracy through repetition. Even though the process is really brain-muscle memory or motor memory, the colloquial expression "muscle memory" is commonly used.

Individuals rely upon the mind’s ability to assimilate a given activity and adapt to the training. As the brain and muscle adapts to training, the subsequent changes are a form or representation of its muscle memory.

There are two types of motor skills involved in muscle memory: fine and gross. Fine motor skills are very minute and small skills we perform with our hands such as brushing teeth, combing hair, using a pencil or pen to write, touch typing, playing some musical instruments, or even playing video games. Gross motor skills are those actions that require large body parts and large body movements as in the throwing sports such as bowling, American football, and baseball, sports such as rowing, basketball, golf, martial arts, and tennis, and activities such as driving a car (especially one with a manual transmission), piloting aircraft, playing some musical instruments, and marksmanship.

Muscle memory is fashioned over time through repetition of a given suite of motor skills and the ability through brain activity to inculcate and instill it such that they become automatic. To the beginner, activities such as brushing the teeth, combing the hair, or even driving a vehicle are not as easy as they look. As one reinforces those movements through repetition, the neural system learns those fine and gross motor skills to the degree that one no longer needs to think about them, but merely to react and perform appropriately. In this sense the muscle memory process is an example of automating an OODA Loop insofar as one learns to Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act.

When one picks up a hair brush, one automatically has a certain motion, style, number of strokes, and amount of pressure as the hair is brushed without requiring conscious thought about each movement. Other forms of rather elaborate motions that have become automatic include speech. As one speaks, one usually does not consciously think about the complex tongue movements, synchronisation with vocal cords and various lip movements that are required to produce phonemes, because of muscle memory. In speaking a language that is not one's native language, one typically speaks with an accent, because one's muscle memory is tuned to forming the phonemes of one's native language, rather than those of the language one is speaking. An accent can be eliminated only by carefully retraining the muscle memory.

Like What i said yesterday camp thing la

Day 1

First Half Of the day i was'nt here but i know that its bullshit already took 5 hours to up 3 shelter cannot believe it haizzz reached the camp at bout 1.30.... then lunch , station games then later fall in and flag break plus POP for seniors AND THANK YOU FOR THE BUFFET HAHAHA so song 1st time camp no need to cook for 1 meal... hahaha and we had blindman's walk walk walk walk spray spray spray still throw flour KAO then later lights out at 12.30 i think

Day 2

Woke up at 5 cause of some assholes then keep throwing rocks at our tent KNN then i sit in the tent emo until 6 KAO then wake every1 up prepare for PT after pt BREAKFAST + Inspection + Flagbreak Inspection is total disaster pushed myself to the limit got my whole head numb haizzz then after that we had games i think we had kim's game the five senses game use ur eyes touch smell taste hear haha then the hear part damn funny cause huiting go up and say hello already know is huiting hahah XD then after that we had dragon boat FKING FUN hahahahaha spray spray also this time use paddle and spray so fun hahaha but kanna injury la sia the wood chip chipped my nail .... played like for 3 to 4 hrs then when in the bus cannot sit =.= then went back already MORE DISASTROUS!!! two shelter went down 3-2-1 flag staff also CMI haizz make the shelter already then they say nake the 3-2-1 tower FK the thing actually slide down and scared the shyt out of us too loose already kao then 1 which is at the most top actually slided DOWN!!! then no choice lo take down and build 1 5m flag staff then i and cassandra be SPL chiong and chiong in the end onli got 1 shelter and chairs make until like wedding dinner like that haha then after that we had brainstorm time for campfire skit my patrol 1 FKING funny ahahah the name of the skit is fortune teller hahaha then cassandra is my assistant hahaha 1st audience kanna 1 is Yikang hahaha yikang come out then i say pass me ur shoe then i say by looking at ur shoe i predict that u would go for a walk then i throw the shoe hahaha then later 2nd person kanna 1 is jeremy tong i take waterbottle then i say jeremy by looking at the hole of the water bottle i predict that u will get WET then i spray water at him HAHAHA then later 3rd 1 is the same as the first 1 except use bag onli and the person kanna is the wei xin (dunno spell correct anot) then campfire got the graduating videos for the seniors lo and celestine cried... then after that PIC PLC then lucky i nvr go slp we make night walk for sec 1 hahaha 1st group not scared cause got 8 people haizz then after that all scared dao cause 3 person onli hahah and we slp at the second floor

Day 3

Slept for like 1 and a half hrs then i think i slp walk down to my campside becuz i dun remember walking down then stairs and i woke up tohwee was infront of me... then i ran to get my shoes... haha then later pt then the same thing lo inspection all those thing still very DISASTROUS haha then later break camp GO HOME WOOTS

NOW all those shity things i wanna say WTF IS WRONG WITH THE SEC 1s HUH?!? KNN I FIRST TIME BROKE MY LIMIT SIA KNN WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THEM ALL THEY CAN DO IS EAT SLP TALK DUN HAVE HELP WE SENIORS COOK BUILD DO SHIT FOR THEM AND WHAT WE GET IN RETURN ..... SHIT!!!! I GOT PISSED OFF AT THE SECOND DAY EVENING WHICH IS WTF K THE FKING CANVAS WAS THERE LIKE BOUT HALF AND HOUR WE SENIORS SEE ALREADY BUT WE CANNOT KEEP FOR THEM THE SEC 1s KNOW BUT THEY WAITING FOR MIRACLE TO HAPPEN HOPE THAT THE FKING CANVAS WILL FOLD BY ITSELF AND FLY BACK TO THE LOGISTIC IZZIT?!? Day 1

reached Sarimbun scout camp quite late and yea veri sian reached there and then started the camp devep and i can tell u taht our ground SUCKSSSSS so soft lucky not muddy or not GG haha then later 1 Subcamp helper come tell us WENFENG cannot take part in this competition sian then dun join dun join lorr we chiong and chion lorr then later shelter got problem cause slope then we take down and move closer to the tents lorr haha then later our dinner is fried rice and kai lan then after dinner then tell me got chicken wings WTF _|_ then next day just throw lorr

wake up le do pt eat breakfast then inspection and guess what i forget bring BERET WTF sian siao lorr then later is backwoodsman cooking haiz so sian i cut my hand damn deep was bleeding alot and the first aider tot is fish blood _|_ bleed alot and alot and she was bringing me walking around and around then bring me to toilet and wash blood =.=||| while i was backwoodsman yukai samuel and hansel doin orienteering after that is catered lunch lucky bodoh cause all the food haven cook finish haha after that is scout quiz and first aid wesley hansel yukai and zachery went doin first aid while me samuel and weichuan doin scout quiz the scout quiz got a few stupid question of question haha who started microsoft WTF la its obviously bill gates or not put waht baden powell ar lame asses the u know how hansel so CPR 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 5 blow WTF _|_ compress 5 times blow 1 time wtf _|_ correct way is 30 compressions and 2 blows JACKASS haha the later go back is camp devep and later told us that later the dinner will be a campcook test we forget to keep a few things for the judges haha then later go slp lorr

The most populated area by this fish is at the junction of the Amazon River and the Rio Negro ("Black River" so named for its apparent color), near Brazil's inland city of Manaus. Here they thrive as the low pH, brown, largely organic material based Amazon river churns with the conversely high pH (basic), oligotrophic (with very low nutrient content, i.e. organic material), tannin-saturated flows of the Rio Negro. This mixing point provides a rich diversity of sustained fauna.

Candiru are parasites. Their ability to detect respiratory currents in the water allows them to swim into the gill openings of other aquatic species, where they feed on their prey's blood.

While the members of the subfamily Vandelliinae feed on blood, members of Stegophilinae may feed on scales, mucus, or carrion.[6]

The fish almost "hunts" for its prey. The Candirú lies in wait at the river's murky bottom, searching for its next host by sampling/sniffing the water for expelled chemicals, such as urea and ammonia from the gills of other fish. Once having detected a fish in the vicinity, with a burst of speed the Candirú darts towards the gill cavity and lodges itself in place with its spines. Then, with usually fatal consequences for its victim, the Candirú begins to gnaw a hole towards a major blood vessel and gorges itself for no more than a few minutes. It will then dislodge itself and sink back to the river bed in order to digest its food and wait for its next meal.

This fish is also known to attack humans and animals and swim into an orifice (the vagina, anus, or even the penis—and deep into the urethra).[4] Because of spines protruding from the fish, it is almost impossible to remove except through surgery.[7] Though there have been documented candiru attacks on humans,[8] there is no evidence the fish can survive once inside a human. The danger for the person lies more in the infection and shock that results from having the organism lodged there for an extended period of time than from physical damage done by the actual fish itself.

The fish locates its human targets when people urinate near the fish. A well-circulated myth is that the candiru is capable of swimming up the stream of urine in mid-air to a victim standing on shore or a boat. This is physically impossible as the maximum swimming velocity of the fish is insufficient to oppose the downward velocity of the urine stream, and the further impossible act of the 5–14 mm wide fish maintaining position and thrust within a 2–7 mm wide column of fluid. Only a larger fish such as a Salmon or Trout could leap the required distance, however there will be an obvious size of fish versus size of penis issue here. However, there was a case where the victim claimed that the fish jumped while he was urinating thigh deep.[8] They are also probably not attracted to pure urine.[4] It is believed that they are only able to enter a human urethra when it is expanded during urination.[8]

A traditional cure involves the use of two plants, the jagua or jenipapo plant (Genipa americana) and the Buitach apple which are inserted (or their extract in the case of tight spaces) into the affected area. It is thought that these two plants together will kill and then dissolve the fish.

juz want to talk bout last friday last firday we went to dunman high for the INTERDISTRICT SCOUTS SPORT TALLY we participated in the basketball onli the team has TOH WEE , RICHIE , CASSIDYI , NICHOLAS AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST KAI TAT the subs are HANSEL , KAI YOON and those who went was me samuel and yu kai we won st. gabriel with a whopping score of 45 - 24 and next we went on with bedok south we had a hard time playing as they were playing SUPER ROUGH! but we still MANGAGED to WIN them with a score of 20 - 14 NEXT we WENT ON dunman high but we lose as most of the players were injured cramps and people kanna kneed and elbow so we lost with a score of 8 - 14 haiz but we managed to get a silver and also a $50 treat FROM TOH WEE^^ Pictures will be coming up on tuesday...(i will be making it into a slide show or movie)

today went back sch to help out with the campfire prepration go draw the canvas thingy then later other scouts and guides go dance kinda retro style dance or sumthing then later i go help to paint the canvas so dirty use finger and then cannot wash off must use tinner sia wa lao then damn funny larr the dance but i cannot say who wait later the campfire i take video and then post on9 hehe then i after that go home lorr byebye...

sch reopening so soon its like a flash k since i nth to post i post about what i learn from PLTC and Training Camp From PLTC is a few codes frm a sir i forgot 1 but io remember this code : a patrol of 8 works wonders and samuel code the funny 1: a patrol of 8 even without samuel works wonders hahaz

juz came back from camp yesterday veri fun especially the night walk hahaz

DAY 1

reach sch at 7.20 so little people come hahaz then later alocate patrols then later pitch tent build shelter as kitchen shed then play blindman's walk so wet hahaz then change do dunno what forget liao then later dinner then the most fun 1 CANDLE FIGHT!!! hahaz the game super fun must wax ur hand first which means u must let the candle wax drip on ur hand hahaz veri hiong hui yin the most suay 1 hahaz after noon have rain so during the game fall down so she is wet and MUDDY ewww hahaz then later go supper then bath then slp after that fire drill they really go set up real fire so scary then go slp

DAY 2

woke up at 6.30+++ late for PT haiz do stretching and the 5 BX which consisit of (dunno how to spell so do pardon me ) berpees crunches starjumps push ups and running
then later breakfast and inspection so scary haiz then after that we have the kims game or the 5 senses game fun larr but veri sian then after kim game is the station game after all the station game wesley patrol all the hair can go put in oven le hahaz all the hair have flour plus water de hahaz then later is bathing then AUCTION time we auction our food larr buy the food by points hahaz then at 1+ my tent mates all kanna might walk my not veri scary except that part outside the technical block girls toilet the senior stand outside then when i and my partner comeout right i was face to face with that senior i almost shout sia so scary hahaz then go slpp lorr

DAY 3

the LAST DAY OF CAMP ^^ woke up at 6.20 but still late haizz some tent de people dun co-operate call them wake up they all say go away larr so late haiz then later PT then breakfast INSPECTION then break camp strike down kitchen shelter and tent and then toh wee talk to us then 'PUSH' the floor for mistakes at morning inspection hahaz then go home lorr so tiring now scout like goin to hell liao

YESSSSS its june w00t holiday time i sure all of u having fun for yesterday and today rite no i did;nt i went to east coast park for PLTC(PATROL LEADER TRAINING CAMP) it was hellish samuel sprain his ankle dunno what will happen to him i have serious muscle ache at the shoulders at the around the spine there

k here;s what happenon day 1
DAY 1
we fall in at st. patricks then later admin stuff then later do pumping all those and then a hike frm st pats to EAST COAST PARK so tiring sir still say 2 clic onli wa lao laike walk 20 clic larr (clic means kilometre)
reach le pitch tent cook lunch then later do dunno what orientering a kind of game larr take a map and walk around then each checkpoint do 1 task like amazing race hahaz later come back have a talk bout motivation and conflicts by albert sir so called sunbird area venture scout leader 0.o big rank bodoh then later prepare for camp fire then dinner fall in le liao then jiu campfire GOH albert sir end le pack up then supper go slp 2+ wake up fire drill ren de sir still say call fire drill for fun OMFG hahaz

DAY 2
we woke up at 6+ then walk here walk there slack a bit larr hahaz then PT then later breakfast then after that is beach games at first is tug of war then treasure hunt then later photo taking and the most happy of the camp BADGE PRESENTATION AND FALL OUT but before that MY PATROL GOT THE BEST patrol for the sub camp ^^ cope 3 burger gummi 3 orea 1 potato chips badges all those i will post at a later time and also i wil upload the sub-camp piture we had taken i think will get back dun have jiu too bad lorr

woke up at 6.30 then when to Scout HQ at 7.00 reached at 7.25 or sumthing then start when up to MPH do some adminstartive stuff and the hellish seminar began
